چکیده
One-step mid- and far-Fourier-transform (FT)-IR spectroscopy is a facile powerful tool that provides various information regarding chemical crystal states. However, its potentially high applicability has not been sufficiently demonstrated. In the present study, ibuprofen (IB)-loaded MgO samples are prepared via different methods, they evaluated using scanning electron microscopy (SEM), thermogravimetry-differential thermal analysis (TG-DTA), X-ray diffraction (XRD), N2 adsorption-desorption measurement, CO2 temperature-programmed desorption technique (CO2-TPD), FT-IR spectroscopy. The obtained results indicate IB becomes ionized, amorphous, and/or dispersed by MgO. Since CO2-TPD result shows possesses basic surfaces, it considerable acid–base interactions cause above Furthermore, spectra in far-IR regions also suggest physical properties of IB-loaded changes through interactions. Therefore, characterization one-step far-FT-IR measurements can provide valuable

Rapid characterization of microbial biodegradation pathways by FT-IR spectroscopy.
Fourier transform-infrared (FT-IR) spectroscopy has become an important tool for rapid analysis of complex biological samples. The infrared absorbance spectrum could be regarded as a "fingerprint" which is characteristic of biochemical substances. In this study, Pseudomonas putida NCIMB 9869 was grown with either 3,5-xylenol or m-cresol as the sole carbon source, each inducing different metabol...
متن کاملFT-IR Spectroscopy in Medicine
Infrared spectroscopy has been widely applied for the characterisation of various substances. Due to its sensitivity to the chemical information and architecture of the molecule, infrared spectroscopy can play an important role in new applications such as in the life-science field and not only in the traditional fields of physics and chemistry. Spectroscopic techniques are simple, reproducible,...

objective: the use of hema as a biocompatible material in dentin bonding systems and its potential for clinical applications has been well established. excess water can affect conversion of bonding resins. the aim of this study was to survey the effect of water on the degree of conversion of hema by fourier transform infra-red spectroscopy (ft-ir). materials and methods: in this experimental st...
متن کاملFT-IR Spectroscopy Applied for Surface Clays Characterization
The present paper should be considered as a review of the application of Fourier Transform Infra-Red for surface clay characterization. The application of surface clay materials for water treatment, oil adsorption, excipients or as active in drugs has largely increased these recent years. The surface clay material presents hydroxyl groups, which can link very easily water molecules. These hydro...
